ARDEINAL Jewelry Care & Wear Guide

Our Materials Promise

Each ARDEINAL piece is crafted from 316L stainless steel, chosen for its strength, hypoallergenic nature, and corrosion resistance.

We finish every design with a thick layer of 18K gold plating utilizing advanced PVD technology, creating a rich tone that lasts longer than traditional electroplating.

This combination means your jewelry is water-resistant, tarnish-resistant, and skin-safe — built for confidence and everyday wear.

How to Care for Your Jewelry

Even durable pieces deserve gentle care. Here’s how to keep yours looking its best:

Daily Care

  • Wipe jewelry clean with a soft, dry cloth after each wear to remove oils and residue.
  • Store separately in a dry pouch or jewelry box to prevent minor scratches or rubbing.
  • Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, or harsh chemicals.

Water & Sweat

  • Our PVD gold plating is water-resistant, but not waterproof.
  • You can wear it during hand-washing or light rain.
  • Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising to preserve the finish and brilliance.

Storage

  • Keep jewelry in a cool, dry place away from humidity.
  • If you live in a humid area, add a silica gel pack to your jewelry box.
  • Always fasten clasps and hooks before storing to prevent tangling or bending.

Cleaning

  • Mix warm water with mild soap, dip a soft cloth, and gently wipe.
  • Rinse with clean water, pat dry with a soft towel — never use abrasive pads or jewelry dips.
  • For textured or stone pieces, use a soft brush and light touch.

Trust & Transparency

  • Every ARDEINAL piece is nickel-free and lead-free, making it suitable for sensitive skin.
  • Our plating undergoes durability and corrosion testing to ensure long-lasting shine.
  • We offer a 1-year warranty covering tarnish, fading, or plating defects.

If your jewelry ever shows wear beyond normal use, we’ll gladly refinish or replace it under our warranty program — because lasting style should be supported with lasting care.

Cleaning your jewelry is simple and can keep your pieces beautiful and shiny. Here's a quick guide for each:

18K and PVD Gold-Pated

Mix Solution: Fill a bowl with warm water and add a few drops of mild dish soap.

Soak Jewelry: Place the gold-plated jewelry in the solution and let it soak for about 10 minutes.

Gently Clean: Use a soft toothbrush or a microfiber cloth to gently scrub the jewelry, focusing on intricate areas.

Rinse: Rinse the jewelry thoroughly with warm water to remove any soap residue.

Dry: Pat the jewelry dry with a soft cloth. Avoid using paper towels, as they can scratch the surface.

Store Properly: Store the jewelry in a soft pouch or a jewelry box to prevent tarnishing and scratches.

Stainless Steel

Prepare Cleaning Solution: Fill a bowl with warm water and add a few drops of mild dish soap.

Soak Jewelry: Place the stainless steel jewelry in the solution and let it soak for a few minutes.

Scrub Gently: Use a soft-bristle toothbrush to gently scrub the jewelry, paying attention to any crevices.

Rinse: Rinse the jewelry thoroughly with warm water to remove any soap.

Dry: Pat the jewelry dry with a soft cloth. Make sure to remove all moisture to prevent water spots.

Polish: For extra shine, use a stainless steel polishing cloth.

Remember, gentle handling and regular cleaning will keep your jewelry looking its best. If you have any precious gemstones set in your jewelry, make sure to clean those separately, as they may require different care.
