I spent years rebuilding, over and over again. Laid-off through acquisitions, relocations, corporate reshuffling. Navigating workplaces that didn't see my value, where microaggressions chipped away at my confidence daily. Every time I thought I'd found solid ground, the floor gave out.

So I stopped waiting for someone else to build me a table. I built my own. That's how ARDEINAL was born—my name, LaNiedra, spelled backwards. A symbol of transformation. Proof that when life flips you around, you can turn your story into something powerful.

Why ARDEINAL?
I've always loved bold jewelry. Chunky bangles, sculptural hoops, pieces with weight and presence. But I wanted to create more than just accessories. I wanted to build something that uplifts women, that helps them feel powerful when they're navigating their own challenges.
